Taylor Robinson Music charges a 4% Credit Card Processing Fee

Lesson Cancellation Policy:

TR Music has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations and reschedules are welcome without penalty given at least 24 hours of notice. Inside of 24 hours, students are welcome to cancel or postpone their lessons but will not be able to retain their lesson credit with the company.

 

About Transfering Lessons:

Both pay-as-you-go (single) lessons and lesson packages are 100% transferable. This means, at any time you may transfer your lesson credits to be used with any available TR Music instructor. Lesson credits may also be transferred to any other student of your choosing.

 

Expiration Policy:

Gift certificates and coupon codes expire after one year. Your purchased lesson credits with TR Music will never expire

 

Refund Policy:

Single lesson purchases are 100% refundable. You may be refunded at any time before the single lesson purchased has been provided. You are also entitled to a refund after the single lesson purchased if you feel unsatisfied with the quality of the experience and do not wish to be rematched with another one of our instructors.

However, due to the discount associated with the pre-paid packages and the scheduling accommodations involved in planning for them, PACKAGE purchases are NOT refundable. However, at any point you can request to be rematched with another instructor in our network for either the same instrument or another one of your choice. You can also gift the lessons to a friend or family member or you can put the lessons on hold indefinitely but you may not get a refund on the then remaining unused lessons.

Gift certificates and lessons purchased with gift certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable to other students or for use with other available Taylor Robinson Music instructors for lessons on any instrument provided in the area or via webcam. 

Payment Plan Policy:

Payment plans are offered on select packages as a courtesy and at no finance charge.
Payment plans are locked in by the customer at the time of the initial purchase and cannot be altered or downgraded afterward.
If you have opted in for a particular payment plan, be aware that payments are processed automatically in single-month intervals after your initial payment is processed. These monthly automatic payments end as soon as the balance is paid in full.
The scheduling of your payment plan is NOT associated with the scheduling of your lessons. All of your lessons are assigned to your student account and are eligible to be scheduled immediately after your first payment is processed. When you schedule your lessons is up to you but you may use any or all of the lessons on your package after the first installment is made. Subsequent installment payments can be frozen upon customer request however, lessons can NOT be provided to any customer while they are behind on their payments or while their account is frozen.

 

If You Made Your Purchase in Error:

If you made your initial purchase in error or did not fully understand our policies, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 24 hours upon receipt of the transaction email and a full refund will be provided. Automatic payments made as part of a payment plan again are not refundable.
