My name is Michael and I am a local guitarist/singer songwriter who just moved to the area. I am very interested in working with children, young adults and possibly adults on either guitar playing or songwriting. I am a very proficient guitar player and also a skilled songwriter. My skills also lie in music production. I recently graduated from Grove City College and have moved to Philadelphia in order to pursue my passion for teaching young people music as well as finding places to play professionally.

Formal Education:
2017 graduate of Grove City College with a degree in Communications. Did not pursue a degree in music but was able to take many classes from a highly accedited music school.
Private Education:
Took multiple private lessons at Grove City College as well taking private lessons during grade school and taking private lessons from proficient guitarists such as Mark Lucas from N Stuff Music.
Performing Experience:
Performed professionally all throughout Grove City, Pennsylvania with both payed and non-payed gigs. Played in multiple bands over the past four years. Also aided in Leading worship at Summer's Best Two weeks Summer Camp.

Michael has helped raise my proficiency in guitar playing, teaching me different strum patterns, learning to play with rhythm, and helping me with bar chords. He's very patient and very passionate about music too. Mike and I attended Grove City College together and were in several bands together. During that time, I have gotten to know Mike well and have seen his exceptional character and abilities. He knows the guitar inside and out in a variety of styles. He is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He always makes a point of listening to people and understanding their needs. Perhaps most importantly, his love for music and for the instrument is infectious, and it is something he is eager to share.
