Jazmin discovered her love for music at the age of 9. She learned the basics by attending concerts with her father who was a reggae singer. At 14, she learned how to read music while attending Baltimore School for the Arts, and in her seniority there, got to teach underclassmen Music Theory. She's performed in several stage productions, all varying in genre. Everything from the opera "La Boheme" to a Jackson 5 tribute! Jazmin then went on to attend Morgan State University for classical and jazz voice where she became a section leader for its travelling choir. These opportunities helped her understand what is required of a great teacher and have prepared her for the world of music education!
