Shi'Lou is an upcoming Music Artist. His career started when he was only 8 years old after spending a summer with his Godmother in Atlanta, GA and being exposed to a variety of music that continues to influence his craft. He is inspired by the daily life that he leads as a young social entreprenuer from the southeastern region of the United States. Shi' Lou, affectionately known as Tranard, is the founder of the Low Country Youth Enhancement Program (LCYEP). This youth 501(C)3 nonprofit organization is dedicated to improving the youth experience of Williamsburg County, SC by providing programs in the areas of academic enrichment, the arts, agriculture and progressive activism. He is very passionate about equipping the next generation of leaders coming from Williamsburg County with the necessities to excel in the profession of their choosing. The organization helps in crafting youth for the career most promising to their futures. It is my honor and pleasure to recommend Tranard as he pursue for this position. I have had the opportunity to work with Tranard for four months at D. P. Cooper Charter School. I found him to be dedicated as well as hard working. We definitely miss his contribution to our school. Tranard not only made an impression on me but with all the students. He always went the extra mile to make an impact on our classroom. This does not surprise me because he is gifted as well as intelligent. Beyond his strength in the classroom, this young man is filled with talent that will asset any organization. An example of his ability, he single handed wrote our school Christmas play and selected all the appropriate songs for the play. He actually put together this play all by himself. Our parents and community supporter are still talking about this event, I believe no matter where this young man adventure out, he will leave an everlasting legacy.
