Audrey P.-

Audrey is an established pianist, accompanist and singer from Northern Virginia. She holds both a B.M. and M.M. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and a minor in voice studies from Westminster Choir College of Rider University. While at Westminster, she was the accompanist for the Jubilee Singers choir and in addition, was a member of the Grammy Award winning Westminster Symphonic Choir under the direction of Dr. Joseph Flummerfelt. She has performed under the direction of several world-renowned conductors, including Kurt Masur, Sir Collin Davis, Wolfgang Sawallisch, Ricardo Muti and Zdenek Macal. Audrey has performed at Weill Recital Hall, formerly New York’s acclaimed, Carnegie Hall and has given numerous performances and lectures in the Northern Virginia area and most recently was the featured soprano soloist with the Morman Choir of Washington, DC under the direction of David Hardin.  In addition, Audrey has given performances for the past three seasons at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado as part of the Estes Park Music Festival.    

Audrey has previously been an independent piano and voice teacher serving the Northern Virginia  area and was the organist at Fairfax Baptist Church in Fairfax City, Virginia and the general music teacher and choral director at Fairfax Baptist Temple Academy in Fairfax Station, Virginia. Audrey has been an accompanist for the Prince William County Public School system for three years where she worked as the collaborative artist for the CD Hylton High School Choral Department working with director Tommy Tutwiler.    Audrey now serves as the General Music Teacher at Lake Ridge Elementary School in Cedar Hill, Texas.
