I am a musician originally from NYC. I started my music career by singing in churches and playing classical cello at a very young age. I went to music conservatories starting at the age of 12, and when I was 17 I stopped focusing on just classical music and went on to singing in rock bands as well. As an adult, I enrolled at The Conservatory of Music at SUNY Purchase where I received a degree in studio composition and a minor in Jazz voice. I have been teaching and working with children for 8 years. When I am not teaching, I am either gigging or making records!

I have studied private voice with Cyrille Aimee and David Vasso. I studied composition with Du Yun, Joel Thome, Ted Pitzecker and David Gluck. I have also studied cello with Sybille Jonner and Yari Bond
