Hey there, I am Joanna. I am a voice instructor/ singer/songwriter/ actress. I have been teaching voice for three years and piano for two. I have taught all ages and always enjoy encouraging and guiding a student to discovering new things about the voice/ piano and new things about themselves. Each student is different and I do what I can to adjust to each student's wants and needs. Anyone can sing. I have believed that all my life and I will continue until I am proven wrong.

Performing Experience:
I have been in a number of shows from unknown shows such as Good News to known shows such as Little Women. I have also performed at many recitals and fundraisers as well as singing at weddings and funerals. I have sang the national anthem at numerous sports events. I also just got done working at the Sterling Renaissance Festival as an actor teaching young children how to make wishes in the wishing fountain.

I have been teaching private voice lessons for three years and private piano for two years. I also taught at Labelle Performing Arts Academy for a few months, leaving only because I finished my degree.

Joanna is a strong vocalist, who has the rare gift of being a good teacher, too. She is able to hear and diagnose less-than-desirable vocal tendencies, and can provide clear instruction to improve vocal production. She is a proponent of good vocal health. A reliable and skilled instructor
Joanna W. taught for us for a few months this past school year. We found her to be responsible, dependable and knowledgeable in her skill area. She was very personable and communicated well with all.
