Carling W- is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Vocal Lessons, Song Writing Lessons .
Formal Education:
Vocal performance major at performing arts high school. Currently studying music education at Florida Southwestern State College. Eight years of guitar experience, eight years of songwriting experience, twelve years of vocal experience.
Performing Experience:
13 years of musical theatre experience, including Anything Goes, Suessical the Musical, and Legally Blonde the Musical. 14 years of choir and classical training, including straight superiors in the classical category and musical theatre category from the Florida Vocal Association Solo and Ensemble Adjudication in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Current Music USA First Place Classical Soloist Finalist in 2015. Hope by Song Singer-Songwriter competition and 2016 Miromar Has Talent competition
Experience Teaching:
Student conductor for the North Fort Myers High School general choir 2015 and 2016. Assistant teacher for voice at Alliance for the Arts Summer Arts Program Summer 2015. Teacher at Family of Faith Christian Academy.

Carling W Reference
Carling volunteered last summer at the Alliance for the Arts in our summer camp program. As Carling's direct supervisor, I quickly noticed how professional, creative, and reliable Carling was. She showed up every day on time and went above and beyond to help my team and I make camp great. Not only did she inspire and encourage students in all classes, but specifically brought something special to the table during her group's music classes. She aided the music instructor and brought relevant and helpful points and tips when it came to singing and music in general. Carling truly went above and beyond the Alliance's volunteer expectations and I would highly recommend her for the private instructor position. She is great around kids, who absolutely love her and look up to her, and brings something special to the table with her creativity and positive spirit.
