I know John as a friend and I believe his personal skills, extensive background and knowledge would be a good fit if you are looking to hire him as an instructor. He is always early, follows ups, confirms appointments and message and makes learning fun. He has a broad back ground in genres from the classics to the top 40's. He's not afraid to learn more and picks up a song quickly this I believe will be something you'd also pick up as a student of his. He has not only the practice and knowledge on being a basest and teaching it but he's also got a business background on the music industry in general and contract law. I believe this extra skill will not only help him be a great instructor but a mentor as well. He often describes music and playing the bass as his passion in life, I believe if you love doing something you love so much you'll have the same passion to teach it.
