I have been playing music since I was 11 years old. I started on the guitar, and when I was in 6th grade I took up the trumpet. I played the trumpet for 4 years, and the guitar has been a big part of my life going on 35 years. I started a band in high school and I was signed to a record deal by the time I was 21.
