Over 1.5 million albums sold, three number one singles on the Billboard R&B charts, a three album deal with the legendary Motown Records Company, two world tours, an endorsement deal with Pepsi, and an appearance in Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker film are just some of what I accomplished before the age of 13.

As a member of the 1980’s-1990’s group, The Boys, my brothers and I were considered the reincarnation of the Jackson Five under the auspices of the reinvented Motown Records. Choosing to leave the label after three albums, I have continued to record, write and produce solo albums for myself, with my brothers as Suns of Light, and for other artists. My studies have lead me to travel to other continents, including Africa to study music, philosophy and customs that have not only inspired me as an artist, but allowed me to grow as a songwriter and expand my knowledge of music theory.

A multi-talented musician, I am able to teach students how to train themselves vocally to deliver the best performance possible with energy and stamina, and I have the necessary technical knowledge to help them navigate music production software. Further, my experience in the industry has given me the hands-on experience and insight into the workings of the music industry. I am also an accomplished emcee, having cultivated my rhyming skills at a young age under the guidance of some of the most renowned legends of hip hop.
