Lyric is an experienced musician with a passion for music that lasted him for more than fifteen years as a dedicated singer/songwriter. He began playing the guitar at the age of twelve and learned to hone his skill of playing the guitar by learning song tutorials of his favorite bands, such as Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, and the White Stripes. He has recorded, toured extensively, and even performed in music videos. His mission in teaching the fundamentals of music is to create an interest in the learning process by showing students how to play hooks, chord progressions, and solos to songs by any artist they choose.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
As a teacher, my goal is to instruct you the same way I learned when I initially began playing music. By learning and teaching you any song you request to learn, this will spark an interest in creating music for you by using music you are already familiar with as a template for understanding how it works.

What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
My goal with teaching vocals is to set up students with a quick warmup routine to loosen the tension in the head and chest area, and then to run through a set of exercises. I will begin with low note/head voice exercises, and then progress through another series of exercises (such as baritone and tenor movements). I will then end the course on a good note by singing along with students to any song of their choosing.
