Students can expect to learn a variety of different musical theory concepts, as well as a hands on performance based learning style. What better way to intrigue people and allow them to grow as musicians than to teach them songs they love, and then apply those concepts to other songs or even writing your own music?

Students can expect to learn the beauty and importance of rhythm. A drummer is the backbone so the number one thing to expect from my drum lessons is consistency. Being able to hold down a beat, create a solid practice regime, and flourish and improvise is incredibly important. Students can also expect to learn how to write their own drum parts, and how those mesh with other instruments.

As the perfect introductory instrument into the musical world, budding pianists can expect to learn critical music theory concepts, how to apply them to piano, and how they translate to other instruments as well. students will learn how to compose beautiful piano arrangements.

With an associates in music production and several recorded, produced, and published songs under my belt, students can expect to learn the ins and outs of recording and producing. They can also expect to learn the music business and how to begin a career in that.

In beginner songwriting lessons, students can expect to learn the fundamental elements of crafting a song, including melody, harmony, and rhythm. They'll explore techniques for writing lyrics that convey emotion and storytelling, while also discovering how to structure their songs effectively with verses, choruses, and bridges. Through hands-on exercises and guided practice, students will develop their creativity and gain confidence in expressing their unique voice, setting a strong foundation for their musical journey.
