Hayley began singing at the age of 4. Over the years, she developed her skills further by listening to her favorite vocalists and teaching herself how to sing. She gained performance experience starting at age 14 and has performed at venues such as weddings, parties, restaurants, clubs, and theaters with acts such as big bands Alan Shinn Big Band & Texas Tech Jazz Band, orchestras The Harry James Orchestra, small combos Hayley Jazz Quartet and theater chorus. She has performed alongside Grammy winning musicians and was named "The Golden Voice" by Grammy Nominated Jazz Vocalist and Actress Nneena Freelon. Though Hayley can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are Jazz, Broadway, Blues and Folk which had great influence on her style of playing. Hayley loves teaching music because she loves seeing others find their true voice. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional, Hayley can help you expand and enhance your playing.
