Nyomi has always loved music from an early age. She began singing at the age of 6 and continued her music journey while joining choirs, song writing and talent shows all throughout school. This led her to get her Bachelors in music education at Chico State in 2021. Her musical influences include Rnb, Pop, Funk, Soul, Gospel, and Jazz music. Nyomi's favorite thing about music is the way it makes you feel, music can change our mood and help us get through tough times. Her favorite thing about teaching music is realizing how much her students have grown from the beginning.
