Hi, my name is Lemuel, and I am a trumpet player from Nassau Bahamas. I have been a student of music for 22 years. My musical influences include Wynton Marsalis, Phil Driscoll, and Roy Hardgrove and I also enjoy pop artists like Brian Mcknight. My teaching style can best be described as clear and effective. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I believe that anyone can be a professional through practice and dedication. In my lessons, you can expect to learn a lot about music and the many life experiences it can give you. I like to tell my student'sprocrastination is the root of all failure in life. My favorite thing about teaching is watching my students grow in musical skills and knowledge. My favorite performance was my graduate recital. MMystudents love that I make music fun and explain how lessons transfer to the real world. I primarily teach Classical trumpet performance, but I can also teach many other performance genres.
