Alex has always loved music from an early age. He began playing guitar at the age of 14 and continued his education by taking classes, playing with professionals and performing live. His musical influences include Randy Rhodes, Tony Iommi, Neil Young and Eric Clapton. Alex's favorite thing about music is the joy it brings and his favorite thing about teaching music is growth through challenging yourself. One of his favorite teaching experiences was seeing a student perform live a song we’d worked on.
