About Me

Hi, my name is Aedan and I am a singer/rapper, lyricist, audio engineer, and producer born and raised in Denver Colorado. I have been studying how to make music for 4 years and will continue to learn into my college years. My musical influences include Joyner Lucas, Logic, Jack Harlow, Joey Badass, Ariana Grande, and Drake. I have a love for old-school hip-hop as well. My teaching style can best be described as diverse, with many skills I've learned over the years I have a lot to teach which makes me an all-around musician, not mediocre, I've spent more time honing my craft than anything else in my life. In my lessons, you can expect to learn how to better connect Verses to Chorus, understand where and how to "flow" lyrics together, Make beats on a DAW Digital Audio Workstation, write complex lyrics, and compose multiple rhyming syllables in a given line or phrase, as well as help students with vocals and pitch/tone correction. I like to help my students get better at more than one aspect of music, you need to be an all-around player in the industry which saves time, money, and relying on others to get a job done. My favorite thing about teaching is helping one find their style and sound, originality is a key aspect to being successful! Thanks for taking a look at my profile. Hope to meet you soon!

What to expect in my Record Engineer Produce

- Intermediate

Recording/mixing mastering and producing: I have been making beats since my sophomore year of high school. I have made over 200 beats produced by me as well as collaborative beats. besides a good friend showing me how to work on a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) I was self taught through trial and error until I enrolled in an early college while still in high school for audio engineering and video production. Vocals, delivery, and energy: can help students develop a range between high vocals (soprano) and low to medium range vocals (Alto). Figuring out the students range to gauge what vocal range works best for them and is most comfortable. Knowing when to sing or go flat in different sections of a song. How to give energy to a song and when and when not to do it. Learning what mood to aim for in unison with the backing track or the topic of the lyrics. Gaining confidence to sing out loud. Writing lyrics and song structure: I have been writing lyrics for 4 years now in my free time as well as taking a creative writing class to further my knowledge of similes and metaphors (poems). I have written a 25 page play along with a 115 page memoir along with 100's of songs. I will teach all the basics of forming metaphors, similes and even play on words and punch lines as well as how a hook should differentiate from a verse and what a verse and hook are (along with other sections a song could break up into). I will show students how to find a topic and stick with a theme throughout a song as well as converting thoughts into a song in a seamless way!
