I have well over 25 years of experience in music education. I have taught in public and private schools as well as one on one private lessons. As a musician, I have done work for Capital Records, Interscope, Universal, Columbia, and Arista/LaFace. I have composed music for film, radio, and TV, and my music was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Urban Contemporary category.
I also help students with performance i.e. managing performance anxiety, and building up their stage presence.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I tailor the lessons to optimize reaching the musical goals and skill level of each student. I use various teaching methods emphasizing ear training, site reading, improvisation, music theory and various playing techniques. My goal is to assist the student with becoming the best musician that they can be. I have extensive experience teaching all ages as well as with special needs students and students with learning disabilities.
