Cole has been a bassist professionally and personally for about a decade now. He's played shows coast-to-coast for audiences ranging from homeless shelters to the Rose Bowl Committee. As far as music tastes go, you can't shock or surprise him. He's covered talent from Jaco Pastorius to Tool to Biggie. Full disclosure, he knows full well what it's like to be plunged into learning an instrument he knows nothing about. Heck, he started out in the bass clef as a Tuba player! But one day, his band teacher insisted he needed a bassist for the school's jazz band, and, well, the rest is history.

I'm a music theory kind of fella, but don't worry! I firmly believe that the only Real Rule when it comes to music is CONTEXT. Other than that, I'm pretty easy, so show me what you've got in your head and we can work together to put it on paper!
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
I always start with the basics hurr hurr bass-ics, so empty your cup. Scales, learning your instrument, and finger exercises. Dismantle the belief system that you will improve in any other form or fashion. Practice makes permanent!
