Mark began playing piano at the age of 10 and started working professionally at 14. Over the years, he developed his skills further by producing and writing music for soundtracks and Jingles. He gained performance experience in the Jazz and Dueling Piano area by playing at such venues as The Sanctuary, Pluto Rocks and with acts such as Bonnie Pointer, Sam and Dave, KC, and the Sunshine Band. Though mark can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Jazz and ear development which had a great influence on his style of playing. Mark loves music because it transcends all ages and cultures and loves teaching music because knowledge is meant to be shared. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional, Mark can help you expand and enhance your playing. Mark is excited to learn how he can help you reach your musical goals.
