I have always loved music from an early age. Listen to Motown, to Earth Wind and Fire. I began playing the piano at the age of 19 and continued to study music in college. My musical influences include victor Wooten, and Oscar Peterson. My favorite thing about teaching music is that it is for everyone. One of my favorite teaching experiences was putting and band together at the church I played for and my students were all new to their instruments. When taking lessons with me you can expect that consistency and patience. I look forward to getting to know you as a student and learning about your specific goals, interests, and learning style.
