Hi there! I am a current student at the University of South Florida where I am pursuing my Master of Music Performance and work as the Graduate Assistant for our Vocal Arts Division. I recently graduated from the University of Dayton where I received my Bachelor of Music Performance and Graduate Certificate of Nonprofit & Community Leadership. I began singing at an early age and was involved in choir since the age of 4. Over the years, I developed my skills further by performing music and theater. I gained performance experience in the Washington D.C/Northern Virginia area by playing at shows, even performing the National Anthem at Constitution Hall. I have thoroughly enjoyed working as an independent artist as well as collaborating in groups and ensembles. Although I can teach many different genres of music, my personal favorites are opera and musical theatre, both of which I have had experience performing and teaching. I am open to all areas of teaching though, including contemporary and jazz! I think that when words aren't enough, we sing. And music is a part of everyone's life no matter where they are in the world. I have had experience teaching kids from the age of 4 as well as undergraduate voice majors, and I look forward to continuing my teaching!
