First and foremost, Max is an educator. He attended Rowan University and achieved a Bachelor’s in education and each year spends his summer teaching people of all ages how to sail on the Cooper River. Music has always been a large part of Max’s life and he now wants to share the knowledge he has picked up through being in a band, writing original music, learning to play covers, playing live and recording music in a professional studio, with you!

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner -
Students should expect to master the basics. In these lessons students will learn the strings of the guitar, how to hold the guitar, how to strum, tuning, as well as the learning of four chords (G, Em, D and C)
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner -
Students should expect to learn the fundamentals of bass, including but not limited to strumming/plucking, the name of the strings, tuning, scales, finger positions, simple covers that are fun to play and will allow you to show off your skills to family and friends.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
- Intermediate
Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of how to play the bass. These lessons will consist of fine tuning each students play style, selecting songs and learning how to play songs that the student wants to learn and is fond of, experimenting with improvisation, and a basic knowledge of keys and music theory.

Max has played lived shows all around Philadelphia and New Jersey. Max has played shows at Ortlieb's, the Barbary, Connie Ric Rac’s, Bourbon and Branch, Kung Fu Necktie and many more.
