My name is Kevin. I am a 23 year old guitarist, pianist, vocalist, producer, singer-songwriter and published poet. I began learning acoustic guitar when I was young, as well as learning organ and drums. I later picked up trumpet in elementary school. Later on in my musical career, I began practicing guitar and piano again when I was 18, first learning again by ear training and since taking lessons for classical guitar and piano in college. In the past year, I have taught a few friends and family the guitar and piano basics, ranging from the fundamental ergonomics to more advanced techniques and music theory. I am flexible in my scheduling and am apt to teach all ages of various levels. In my lesson planning, I will first assess where a learner is at. I will then build a lesson plan based up on the assessment, as well as, most importantly, the goals of the learner.
