Hi everyone, my name is Patrick. I have been playing the Guitar for about 11 years now and enjoy learning as much as I can about different styles and how to play like my favorite guitarists. I first started playing in the fifth grade and have been continuing to play and learn as much as I can in college. This was where I also developed a passion for recording, producing, and performing music. I aim to one day attend Berklee school of music for both guitar and production. In the meantime I enjoy teaching lessons and recording with my band mates. My favorite influences and artists are Vulfpeck, John Mayer, George Benson, and of course any and all classic rock. I enjoy teaching because it's a learning process for both the teacher and the student. That's what'sgreat about music, there's always more to be learned. In summary, I teach blues personal favorite, funk, gypsy jazz, and finger style. I welcome any and all level guitarists. Rock on!
Patrick G. has over 5+ years of music experience in the Tampa area.
Patrick G. is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Keyboard and Piano Lessons, Song Writing Lessons .Degree and Field of Study:
What to expect in my Record Engineer Produce
Students can expect to learn how to record, mix, and setup what might be their first ever recording.
What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Students can expect to learn how theory comes into play by helping you take what progression or solo you might hear in your head and how to come about producing it. But don't let theory intimidate you. It's easier than you might think.
What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
Students can expect to learn to only better themselves in my lessons. I remember being stuck in my middle years of playing with very little guidance on what to learn and practice. It was frustrating but as soon as I got a Professor who knew how and what to teach, I was able to get better than I ever thought Id be. I aim to produce easy to use material and lesson plans that the student will remember and take with them their entire playing career. If unlocking the fret board and learning how to improvise is your thing then you've come to the right place.
