I am from Wauseon, Ohio where I grew up singing in choir and playing trombone in band. I attended Bowling Green State University for Music Education. Here, I was the trombone section leader in the Falcon Marching Band, in the top band ensemble, Wind Symphony, and played in select trombone octets with graduate students. I am currently earning my Masters of Music in Trombone Performance at the University of Akron. I am honored to have the Trombone Studio Graduate Assistantship. I love working with undergrads in coaching sections, chamber ensembles, and private instruction. Additionally, I teach brass lessons at Western Reserve Academy of Music in Hudson, Ohio. I hope to reach out to other young brass players and give them the tools to grow as musicians.

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I have experience teaching beginners on violin, viola, cello, and bass. I am happy to help students learn the history and technique of orchestral excerpts.
