Gavin has always loved music from an early age. He began singing at the age of 7 and continued his education by singing in many choral ensembles and studying Music Education at Case Western Reserve University. Gavin's favorite thing about music is the idea of storytelling that only music can convey so well and his favorite thing about teaching music is helping students gain confidence through exploring their passion. One of his favorite teaching experiences was teaching his Concert Choir a piece that he conducted at a recent concert. When taking lessons with Gavin you can expect that he will work hard to get you where you want to be. What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Students can expect to learn the fundamentals of how to sing as a classically trained musician. This will include proper warmups, technique, and repertoire that students are looking to prepare for an audition or performance.
