Hi, my name is Mario and I'm a local touring guitar player in the Seattle Area. I've been playing music for 10+ years and been in touring bands for 5. My musical influences are definitely Jason Richardson and Mike Knopfler. My teaching plan is all based off what where you really want to take yourself with the instrument. Do you want to write songs? Be the fastest guitarist ever? Just like to jam around? Lets make it happen!.
You will come out of each lesson with something to practice and really think over,. I like to tell my students to really study the music they want to learn, or why the scales work the way they do.. My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the moment which it all snaps at once, where you just understand and start flowing with your own rhythm!. My students love that I am super hands on and patient!. I primarily teach electric guitar, but I can also teach acoustic and bass. Students of mine can expect a straight forward lesson plan with immediate application of what they've learned, into their on style of playing. Any songs or pieces they aspire to learn, a basic understanding of scales chords and theory, or for more advanced students, application of music/choral theory to guitar.

Students of mine can expect a straight forward lesson plan with immediate application of what they've learned, into their on style of playing. Any songs or pieces they aspire to learn, a basic understanding of scales chords and theory, or for more advanced students, application of music/choral theory to Bass.
What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Students of my songwriting course can expect to learn a multitude of songwriting techniques and marketing. Whether you need help writing your first verse or putting the finishing touches of your EP, I'll have a hands on approach, giving suggestions or clearing up any questions ya may have!
