Hi, my name is Amaryah and I am a songwriter from Dallas, Texas. I have been a student of music for 6 years. I've been majoring in songwriting for two years, and have participated consistently in music classes since my freshman year of high school. I have been writing songs and improving my skills since I could pick up a pencil. My musical influences include Tori Kelly, Alicia Keys, Amy Winehouse and I also enjoy many more artists in that area. My teaching style can best be described as simple and flexible.

There is no one way to teach something, so we will learn in whatever way is easiest to understand for you-and at whatever pace! In my lessons, you can expect to learn the ins and outs of songwriting and how you can make your ideas flourish instead of completely changing them. In keyboard/piano lessons, I will show you the basics of piano, and ways to improve agility and coordination, and growing your overall piano skill to an intermediate level. While I have never seriously taught music before I've sat with friends a few times to show them how to begin growing their talent, having experience in these two fields and a small amount of general lesson teaching will surely be of advantage to the both of us. I am excited to be helping you start a new journey!
