Miles has always loved music from an early age. He began playing bass at the age of 13 and is continuing his education by studying music at UMBC. His musical influences include James Jamerson, Jaco Pastorius, Anthony Jackson, and Thundercat. Miles' favorite thing about music is its ability to bring people together and his favorite thing about teaching music is sharing his passion for music with others and watching people grow as musicians. One of his favorite teaching experiences was watching one of his students get on a stage and perform in front of a crowd.

What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
We'll work on multiple facets of playing the bass guitar. This includes things like technique, music theory as it relates to the bass, and multiple forms of music reading. Lessons will be fun and flexible based on the student's interests.
