I have been playing guitar since I was seven. I have taken advanced level college coursework in music theory, and have undergone years of independent study. For the past six years I have been writing worship songs for my church, and have recently started recording them! I can also compose instrumental pieces and arrangements or instrument, voice, and choir. I understand the fundamentals of music and guitar, and know how to communicate them to the student in a way that fosters creativity and paves the way for new and meaningful music-making for years to come.
