Marcus has always loved music from an early age. He began playing piano at the age of five and continued his education by attending a music oriented high school. His musical influences include all styles, but preferably rock. Marcus's favorite thing about music is the soul and his favorite thing about teaching music is equipping another person to be creative. One of his favorite teaching experiences was when a student who couldn't read music learned in just three lessons. What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Hands on drum lessons where you learn the "ins and outs" of becoming a human metronome. I will work at the students pace while still providing challenging material to keep lessons interesting.
What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Classical and CPP Common practice period are going to be the primary focus. Music theory will be provided from lesson to lesson, depending on the students' status.
