My name is Andrea, and I have earned my Bachelors Degree as a Vocal Performance Major with a minor in Public Relations.
I have been a private instructor in my home studio since 2008 and have found that I have a passion for helping students grow, both musically and developmentally. I have always had good student retention, and I have seen them improve musically and socially while increasing confidence and self esteem. I have a very good rapport with the students’ parents, and I believe each one of them is happy with the progress their children have made. I offer many performance opportunities including four recitals a year, two volunteer events, Festival, and Solo and Ensemble (through their individual schools). My students are excited about lessons and have learned to have a true passion for music.

-Performed in 4 different live bands, ranging from Rock/Alternative, Jazz/Funk, R&B/Dance/Funk, and Classic Rock/Arena Rock/Alternative bands using vocals, saxophone and electric bass.
Experience Teaching:
I have been privately teaching out of my home for right about three years. I teach voice, piano, alto saxophone, and electric bass. I have also been the interim music director for my church and lead the choir and hand bells. I have a strong work ethic and focus a lot on performance and building confidence!
