Hi, my name is Matt and I am a guitarist from Reisterstown. I have been playing music for about 12 years and playing in a live band for 5 years. Most of my experience playing is in rock and metal and I also enjoy alternative and jazz/fusion. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I motivate my students to want to be the best player they can be and learn how to express themselves with an instrument. In my lessons, you can expect to learn the technique and theory behind the guitar as well as how to even write your own songs! I like to tell my students that as long as you put your mind to it you can accomplish anything you want to do. I hope to meet you and help guide you to become a great player and musician!
