About Me
Eileen has always been drawn to music. She has sang in choir since she was 6 years old. Eileen has been playing the flute for 10 years, a part of 2 different college bands, while obtaining other degrees. Eileen is currently a graduate of Florida Southern College majoring in Musical Theatre Performance with a minor in music. She has had 8 years of professional vocal training, and 4 years of classical training on piano. Eileen has always loved helping her peers understand new concepts as they all learn them in class. She is confident in her abilities as a vocalist and musician, and is very excited about teaching students to love and cherish the joy of all things musical. Eileen believes that teaching kids to be outstanding performers, you must be an outstanding performer yourself. She is a very spirited and seasoned performer, having been in countless musicals on and off-stage, whether it be singing in the ensemble or playing keyboard in the pit orchestra. She also believes it is important to be well rounded in whatever you’re passionate about!

What to expect in my Vocal Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate

Anything they decide to get out of them. The first few weeks I begin with teaching breathing, conceptually as a topic on paper, but also how that translates into being physical and unique from singer to singer. Deciding on what songs interest the student most, and deciding which would be a good starting point in technical learning.

What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

The very beginnings of understanding the keyboard. How to sit at the bench, how to place your hands on the keyboard, why stretching before working is important. Where middle C is and how to start learning around middle C. All the basic scales. The basic theory that needs to be taught to start learning how to read music at the keyboard.

Private Class

Hello, I'm Rony, I'll summarize my information: I live in Fort Myers with my family. I'm Brazilian and as I work online at my medical clinic in Brazil, I don't speak English fluently. I play a lot of music at home, I have guitars but I only know how to play by reading chords. I also like to sing but I don't think I sing very well. I would like to improve the quality of my voice. How can we talk. Thanks. Ronyvaldo Bueno wrote on Mon, 12 Feb 2024
