Hello! My name is Joseph. I have been playing guitar since I was 10 years old, I am 20 now. I am currently pursuing a degree in music and Biblical studies at Grand Canyon University. I have been teaching guitar for three years and absolutely love it. I love listening to all kinds of different genres of music, some of my favorites are indie rock, pop punk, classic rock, and blues. I believe that as an instrumentalist, it can be very valuable to be familiar in many different genres to help craft your own personal playing style. What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner -
Students can expect to build strong technical skills intertwined with songs and pieces that inspire the student.
Formal Education:
I am currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University.
Performing Experience:
I have been performing locally for six years. I have been playing in churches for six years almost every single weekend. Along with this I play at GCU's Arena a couple times a month for worship service. Along with this, I have been a part of a handful of bands in Arizona playing gigs in Tucson and Phoenix.
Experience Teaching:
I have been teaching guitar for three years and have had many students ages ranging from 9-45.
