Performing Experience:
Q has 22 years performance experience on stage, in the pit, on the road, and in the studio on electric bass, upright bass, acoustic guitar, tenor trombone, bass trombone, and voice. Styles include classical, jazz, rock, R&B, blues, hip hop, folk, gospel, pop, funk, and country. Notable artists he has performed with in Chicago include The Hat Guys, The Greatest Hitmakers, Paris Delane, Digable Cat, Ken Allison, and Scott Dubose (formerly 101 Ranch Band).
Experience Teaching:
Q has 20 years of music teaching experience with ages 5 through adult on electric bass and acoustic guitar, and in music theory and ear training. Teaching environments have included private lessons, group classes, and clinics.
