I am a professional Classical guitarist with a Jazz studies degree from C.C.R.I and a B.A. in music from Rhode Island College.

I have over ten years of private teaching experience and have taught students of all ages and abilities.

I specialize in Classical and Jazz but have taught and played many other genres of music.

Lesson Details

I teach my students not only how to play the guitar, but I also teach them the techniques they need to learn more effectively. These skills will help them succeed not only in music but also in their academics and everyday lives. Try my innovative approach to music lessons. My teaching method consists of:

- music reading                             -ear training

-fret board knowledge                    -scale practice

-learning your favorite songs           -music theory

Specialties

I have taught multiple styles of music including Metal, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Classical, Celtic, Country and Bluegrass. I have also taught Gordon Music Learning theory and have experience teaching developmentally disabled students.
