What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons

-

Advanced students should expect expoundment upon all skills previously learned. At this point, we will be focusing on learning different challenging pieces and techniques that will require a higher level of practice. These techniques include harmonics, chords, progressions, transcriptions, bebop line creation, advanced walking progression, and much more.

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons

-

Intermediate students should expect a higher degree of intensity in lessons as we delve into more advanced techniques such as faster pieces, double stops, extended range pieces, and much more. We will start looking at footage of greats such as Edgar Meyer, Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen, Ray Brown, Paul Chambers and more to start to the path to imitation and ultimately, to develop your own sound.

What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

Beginner Students should expect basic dexterity and hand strength exercises as well as work out of method books with the fluidity to be able to bring in projects and songs of their own to work on. With my system, there are a few core components of working around the bass that we will tackle, such as above-mentioned dexterity, but will also include mild-ear training, fret memory, sight reading. etc.
