Gary has over 30 years of experience teaching and performing. He specializes in Contemporary and Classical Guitar. He has years of experience teaching all levels of students from Beginner to Advanced. Lessons focus on the application of Music Theory to Guitar to help students acquire strong compositional and songwriting skills, knowledge of chord construction, the ability to play scales proficiently, and gain necessary skills needed for solo improvisation. In addition to a wealth of teaching experience, his other achievements include recording and touring internationally with several well-known bands. He has also taught guitar lessons in a private elementary/middle school setting as well as several music schools in Northeast Ohio. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I tailor the lessons to the students interests. Basic chords and scales are part of all lessons as they are fundamental to all styles, with additional topics being customized to the student's interest. I always try to make sure the student is enjoying what they are working on, and interested in the music they are playing
