Hi, my name is Jake and I'm a guitar teacher from Lakeland, Florida. I have been a student of music for 11 years. My musical influences include Elevation Worship, Hillsong Worship, James Arthur, Chris Daugherty, John Mayer,Mack Brock, Matty Mullins, and many many others. My teaching style can best be described as "I play, you play" I will teach you not just the notes on the guitar and what each string represents and sounds like, but also teach you how to play some of your favorite music!. In my lessons, you can expect to learn notes, chords, chord charts, tabs, how to clean and properly manage you guitar, how to play your favorite songs, how to write some of your own music, and much, much more. I like to tell my students that they will one day be better than me. My favorite thing about teaching is the joy that music brings to the hearts of young people. I primarily teach guitar, but I also teach song writing. My approach as a teacher is to help others to fall in love with music just as I have. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
