Toneika's love for music began at an early age. She began singing in her church choir at the age of five and started piano lessons at the age of seven. She continued to sing throughout her childhood and decided to study music and education when she attended college. Toneika's love for music, education, and performing have been a lifelong venture. She continued her education by earning a masters degree in music education in 2011. Toneika still loves to share her passion for music through teaching chorus, voice and piano lessons and also loves to perform and write her own music. She looks forward to the possibility of working with you in the near future.

What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner
Students will learn music theory, will be trained to read music, and will also have ear training.
What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Vocal students will learn correct technique for singing, will learn about vocal health, basic music theory, basic vocal anatomy, and will develop a repertoire based on the genre of music they prefer.
