Cheryl has always loved music from an early age. She began singing at the age of 12 with a young professional group singing from classical music to pop in Orlando and continued developing her voice and as a performer by becoming the youngest weekly cantor at St. James Catholic Church in Downtown Orlando for over 6 years. She began performing with orchestras as a high school student. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Vocal Performance degree from Stetson University. Her musical influences include opera, jazz, Broadway, Christian contemporary and pop. Cheryl's favorite thing about music is that it’s a vehicle that stirs the hearts of all people, across nationalities and age groups to bring joy and fulfillment. Cheryl loves working with people of all age groups, especially kids, and encouraging them to grow in their talent, musicality, knowledge of music and in their ability to communicate the song story and text meaning while presenting themselves confidently to engage an audience.
