Peggy began playing the piano at the age of 6 and has played over the years. Peggy also had voice lessons starting at the age of 16 and studied at UNC Chapel Hill. She developed her skills further by singing in a band and at restaurants and clubs. She gained performance experience in the recording studio's and in the Charlotte area by performing for a company called Monkey Business Singing Telegrams. She would perform at such venues and private homes and wrote a hit record called "I love you so."-with acts such as these Peggy can teach many genres of music, her musical personal favorites are Pop and Broadway but she also has had classical training which had great influence on her style of playing.Peggy loves music because it takes her to another world and loves teaching music because she loves helping people.
