Hi, my name is Ellis and I am a musician from North Atlanta. I have been a student of music for over 30 years. My musical influences include Piano, French Horn and Flute and I also enjoy teaching music theory and music history. My teaching style can best be described as firm, but friendly. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I love music and want to instill that love of music in the hearts of all of my students. In my lessons, you can expect to learn the basics, intermediate and advance levels as you progress. I like to tell my students "practice makes perfect". My favorite thing about teaching is watching my students blossom and grow in musical skill. My favorite performance was any performance by the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. My students love that I play with them from time to time. I primarily teach French Horn, but I can also teach beginning Piano, Flute and Trombone.
