Travis has always loved music from an early age. He began playing piano at the age of 9, guitar and drums at 11, and bass at 13 and continued his education by playing shows all over the western hemisphere, and learning a multitude of instruments while teaching. His musical influences include Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Jack White, Slash, and many, many more throughout the ages. Travis's favorite thing about music is the feeling and relatability it gives people, and his favorite thing about teaching music is seeing people experience the feeling for themselves. One of his favorite teaching experiences was teaching his brother throughout his childhood.
