Emery has always loved music from an early age. He began playing trumpet at the age of 10 and continued his education by studying music at Belmont University and at CCM. His musical influences include the Nashville Symphony Orchestra and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.Emery's favorite thing about music is creating music with friends and his favorite thing about teaching music is giving the gift of music to interested students. One of his favorite teaching experiences was teaching beginning students how to play the instrument they had loved for years. When taking lessons with Emery you can expect to learn and have fun doing so. Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Students can expect to learn how to play the fundamentals of trumpet/horn in a practical and engaging way. Students can be expected to have daily practice sessions to promote their growth as musicians.
