Irene has always loved music from an early age when her grandma was taking her to local concerts. She began at the age of 5 from rhythmical/vocal/theatrical lessons in her hometown Odessa/Ukraine and continued her education by attending music schools, playing in the band, singing in the children choir. Her musical influences include Beatles, ABBA, Bill Evans, and Gershvin. Irene's favorite thing about music is that everyone feels it and understands differently, and her favorite thing about teaching music is helping students to find their own self-expression in music. One of her favorite teaching experiences was an appearance of the beautiful voice in the little girl of 5 year old who was silent the whole year during the group lessons. When taking lessons with Irene you can expect: how to play by ear, how to find the right chords to accompany the melody of your favorite song, to add the story to any music you're playing.
