Hey! Welcome to my page future student! My name is Will. I have been playing guitar for well over 15 years. I've always been a big metal player at heart but through my experience and education in music, I have evolved my taste and musicianship to encompass all different styles. When I began my journey with music, I struggled at first and honesty, did not like guitar. WHAT!? It wasn't FUN to take lessons for me. It wasn't until I found my long-term teacher, and still good friend today. Going from frustration to inspiration was a big eye-opener for me into the world of teaching. All it took was one passionate teacher to change literally my entire life. That kind of privilege is something that has driven my career to this day.

What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Students can expect a personalized lesson plan created based on their musical goals and unique to them. I use modern software such as Superior drummer, ableton, guitarpro, musescore, as well as a wide library of method and lesson books to compliment my instruction. This approach ensures that each student spends their time engaged in the lesson and has plenty of material to supplement their practice time afterwards. I cover a large span of topics such as: composition, theory, improvisation, technique, tone, and aural skills. My lessons are fun, informative, and motivating for all ages
Formal Education:
I have attended college at Holyoke Community College for music education for 2 years. In this time, I spent extensive time on aural skills, jazz guitar, classical guitar, and music theory.
Private Education:
Most of my education experience has come from private guitar instructors. I have received long-term instruction from some of the best guitarists in the world who frequently tour internationally and hold degrees in music.
Performing Experience:
I have had over 15 years performing experience. I have toured with multiple rock bands with tours lasting as long as 30 days at a time. I have been endorsed by Orange Amps and InTune Guitar Picks. I also perform for wedding ceremonies as a solo guitarist or duets with various instrumentalists. Other performance experience includes: worship music, cover bands, and blues.
Experience Teaching:
My teaching experience has spanned over ten years. I have taught in settings such as classrooms, music schools, online, and home settings. I have taught age groups ranging from 4 all the way to over 60. The experience level of my student has also varied from complete beginner learning to hold a guitar, to professional level musicians looking to hone their skills.
